Taking a cue from the new science of Algorithmic Behavioral Probability, the Catholic Church is rolling out a new mobile app that will send a text message to its members in advance of the commission of a "deadly sin" or a "minor sin of omission", alerting the members to the likelihood of a "sinful temptation" occurring within a specific time. (It's similar to the technology meteorologists use to predict the weather, especially tornadoes.) Vatican sources have noted a 22% reduction in confessions due to their "pre-emptive temptation" app.
