Food on the menu


Whole catch, farm-raised shrimp, organic spaghetti, mild Italian sausage, Parmigiano-Reggiano, pine nuts and a dollop of pesto.


Two Patty Melts made with grass-fed beef, tomato (only on mine), Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, Dijon mustard, rye bread (with caraway seeds) and a glass of iced green tea with raw honey.


Baked wild-caught Halibut (with garlic butter, Parmesan and lemon juice) with a green bean salad topped with lightly toasted almonds, and a tomato with organic whole black and tan sesame seeds and sea salt on the side.
